  • To find out what you really want 🍓 That may differ from what you think it is. People are often unhappy because they never ask themselves such profound questions.
  • Encourage you to experiment 🧨 We must allow ourselves to test out things. Make a tilted bird table. Some sweaty pot holders. Only then can we find out what fits and resonates with us.
  • Visions 🏰🏞️🏛️🎇 People lead limited lives due to a lack of visions. What does your ideal home, community, workplace or country look like? What little pieces in those big puzzles can you add? 
  • Trust yourself 🧸 Not just to keep promises to yourself. But also, to trust that YOU can take care of YOU. 
  • Face truths 🍄 About what you need to do. About your illusions. “Things will get better when, …” Get rid of the weed to make room for the flourishing garden you envision.

An hour of talking through such profound issues as listed above will make you calmer. The monsters in your head will be subdued.

Often, I have felt like a walking overheated engine. It is hard to fix that on your own. Clarity comes from relaxed conversations.

Talking to an outsider with other life experiences than you own will also give you perspectives. “I have never thought of that.”

We enjoy deep conversations, but we also need them. Because “Substantive conversation connects, while small talk doesn’t,” as another study suggests.

Humans are social animals with a deep need to feel connected to others. And connectedness creates meaning, another human need.

I can offer you a nourishing conversation. My aim is to help you think. And to give you some wholesome guidance.

Perhaps you realise you don’t want to reach that mountain top – after all. You just want to find a lush and welcoming little valley where you can have peace of mind.

In a hectic life, we seldom have deep conversations with people around us. Our conversations centre around mundane pains and pleasures. Social media gossip. The traffic. The weather.

We don’t talk about what is important to us. What we dream about. We convince ourselves we don’t care. We are afraid of being ridiculed.

A stranger doesn’t have a mountain of preconceived notions about who you are and what is best for you. Family and friends also have a tendency not to be honest with us.

Why do I mention that?

Because the Internet and online services are heavily dominated by American values and mindsets. Where “success” most often means money. Where you are either a winner or a loser.

In Norway, we have other values. Those values are reflected in the advice I will give to you.

Norwegians are more concerned about leading a good, humorous life than stacks of money. We work to live, and we live to enjoy life. And we want the same for everyone.

So, if you are looking for someone who can promise you a 6-figure income in 3 months, and sipping umbrella drinks at exclusive resorts while you shake your Rolexes and diamonds, you have to go somewhere else. This is a diamond free zone 😊

A global citizen 🌍

I have lived in 10 different countries, on 3 different continents.

I have worked with many different people. From illiterate farmers to ministers. That has made me good at seeing people as they are, no matter their background, culture or profession.

People around the world share much the same needs. But they want to manifest them in different ways.

At the same time, we need outside perspectives. People in your own culture will give you one type of advice. My advice to you will come from a wider source.

To receive a full refund, cancellations must be done at the latest 24 hours before your session. Cancellations done after that are subject to a 50% session fee.

If I cannot help you, I will tell you so at the beginning of your first conversation with me. You will then get all your money back. And I will advise you to seek help elsewhere.
